The Raise3D DF2+ is an enhanced DLP resin printer building on the success of the original DF2. It features a higher-power, longer-lasting light engine, a 20% increase in printing speed, and broader compatibility with high-performance engineering resins.

Faster, more powerful

  • 100 mm/h max speed — 20% faster than the DF2 (80 mm/h), enabling multiple design iterations within the same day.
  • 50–60 mm/h general speed — average across all materials at 100 μm layer height.
  • Enhanced light engine — higher power with doubled intensity and optimized optical path for faster curing and longer component lifespan.

Broader resin compatibility

The DF2+ supports all DF2 resins plus ESD Black (for static-sensitive applications), Draft Grey (for rapid iterations), and Standard Black. The Open Material Program includes Henkel LOCTITE and Forward AM Ultracur3D engineering resins.

Same precision, same workflow

Like the DF2, the DF2+ uses industrial-grade TI DMD optics at 2560 × 1440 resolution with RFID-tracked smart build plates that transfer settings automatically between printer, DF Wash, and DF Cure stations. Air-Peel technology ensures reliable layer separation, and the heavy-duty Z-axis handles parts up to 10 kg.
