  • Continuous Carbon Fiber Spool

500m Continuous Carbon Fiber spool for the Fibreseeker 3

    $159.99

  • Glass Fiber Spool

500m Glass Fiber spool for the Fibreseeker 3

    $149.99

  • Continuous Carbon Fiber Bundle (x10)

10 CCF spools at $99.99/ spool

    $999.99

  • PLA Filament (4 Pack)

Reliable PLA filament tuned for the FibreSeeker 3. Consistent diameter, low warping, clean prints straight out of the spool.

    $84.99

  • PETG (4 Pack)

Tougher and more heat-resistant than PLA, without PLA's brittleness. PETG resists impact, holds up better in heat and humidity, and doesn't get brittle over time. A better fit for enclosures, outdoor parts, and anything that gets handled repeatedly.

    $89.99

  • Fibreseeker CFC PLA (4 Pack)

Co-extrusion-grade PLA formulated to bond with continuous carbon or glass fiber in High Strength and Hyper Strength mode.

    $89.99

  • Fibreseeker CFC PETG (4 Pack)

PETG's durability, formulated for fiber. CFC PETG is engineered to bond properly with continuous fiber (X-CCF or X-CGF) for the Fibreseeker 3.

    $89.99

The FibreSeeker 3 uses dual extrusion: Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) for thermoplastic and Composite Fiber Co-extrusion (CFC) for continuous carbon or glass fiber. Full-length fiber strands are embedded in the plastic matrix during printing so fiber orientation follows the load path — not random short fibers inside a spool. The result is structural composite parts at a desktop footprint and a fraction of the cost of CNC machining or traditional composite layup.

Three printing modes

Switch modes per print depending on whether you need speed, strength, or peak structural performance.

  • High Speed Mode — FFF nozzle only. Standard thermoplastic printing at up to 500 mm/s. Ideal for rapid prototyping and non-structural parts.
  • High Strength Mode — CFC + FFF dual-nozzle simultaneously. Adds a continuous-fiber “skeleton” to plastic prints. Adjustable fiber ratio balances strength, weight, and cost.
  • Hyper Strength Mode — CFC nozzle only. Full continuous-fiber co-extrusion for tensile strength up to 900 MPa — more than 2× the tensile strength of 6061 aluminum, at a fraction of the weight.

Mechanical performance

  • Tensile strength up to 900 MPa (Hyper Strength Mode, material and geometry dependent).
  • Over 2× stronger than 6061 aluminum by tensile strength.
  • Higher stiffness and rigidity than standard FDM or chopped-fiber filaments.
  • Better fatigue behavior for functional brackets, frames, and tooling.
  • Fiber orientation follows your load paths — not random short fibers inside a spool.

Speed & accuracy

  • Up to 500 mm/s print speed (FFF nozzle); up to 20 cc/h (CFC).
  • ±0.2 mm printing accuracy.
  • Minimum layer thickness: 50 μm.
  • Lattice infill makes parts stronger where load demands it and lighter where it does not.

Smart hardware & workflow

  • Rocketslicer (FFF+CFC) — analyzes load distribution and fiber path, generates optimized toolpaths; supports STL, STP, and 3MF on Windows and Mac.
  • Built-in live view camera — 1280×720 real-time print monitoring.
  • 5-inch touchscreen — control on-machine; also controllable via PC app.
  • Fully automatic bed leveling — consistent first-layer adhesion.
  • Breakage & clogging sensors — plastic breakage, fiber breakage, and fiber clogging detection.
